1、 Preliminary work
第一个阶段可以试着构思一下活动轮廓:活动的理由和想要达成的效果。
In the first stage, try to conceive the outline of the activity: the reason for the activity and the effect you want to achieve.
比如,活动是为了推荐新产品,目的是为了吸引用户,提高销售数量;
For example, the purpose of the activity is to recommend new products, to attract users and to increase sales volume;
又或者活动结合当下热点,就是所谓的借势营销,利用热点带动产品,目的是为了提高知名度,扩大品牌影响力。

一般来说,你需要明白你的活动是为谁准备,这点是最为重要的,面向目标受众明确活动形式,是活动策划的第一步。

prepared. This is the most important point. It is the first step of
activity planning to define the activity form for the target audience.
如果目标受众是行业内从业者,活动类型可能是一场展会或者一场主题论坛。
If the target audience is practitioners in the industry, the type of activity may be an exhibition or a theme forum.
如果目标受众是自己的员工,活动类型可能就是一场年会或者内部联谊活动。
If the target audience is their own employees, the type of activity may be an annual meeting or an internal networking activity.
如果目标受众是公司客户,活动类型可能就是一场答谢会或者新品发布会。
If the target audience is the company's customers, the type of activity may be a thank you meeting or a new product launch.
