古人云,“兵马未动粮草先行”，要想做好一件事情，必须先足够了解它并做好万全的准备，企业活动策划亦是如此。合作方通常会要求活动更热闹，规模更大、规格更高，而这样的大型活动则会耗费很多人力物力资源。为了合理利用这些资源，我们需要在以下几个方面做好准备。

In order to make reasonable use of these resources, we need to be prepared in the following aspects.
一、目标——明确定位公司活动的目的，每份活动策划，都该有且只有一个主目标，这个目标应是明确的、逻辑的，有阶段性时间的、通过严谨的逻辑推导，一环扣一环的分析，可得以实现的，有具体的指标，可量化可分解的。活动的目标是为了加深客户们的印象吗 是为了鼓励员工的士气 是为了表彰公司业绩杰出人士 推介新产品 庆祝完成目标 鼓励团队建设 是否还期望这个活动会是某一场合，如公司营销大会或是重大开幕式的高潮和亮点呢 活动的目标必须是具体且可以衡量的。
1、 Goal - Clearly define the purpose of the company's activities. Each activity plan should have and only have one main goal. This goal should be clear, logical, phased, achievable through rigorous logical deduction and chain by chain analysis, with specific indicators that can be quantified and decomposed. Is the goal of the event to deepen the impression of customers, to encourage employee morale, to recognize outstanding company performance, promote new products, celebrate completion of goals, and encourage team building? Do you still expect the event to be the highlight of a certain occasion, such as a company marketing conference or a major opening ceremony? The goal of the event must be specific and measurable.
